I was very excited about recieving my first digital camera since I have been shooting 35mm forever. This wasn't too bad of a camera, but after about 3 months, the switch that powered the camera on had broke. I had never dropped it or mistreated it--it was just one day I went to use it and it wouldn't turn on. I called Samsung to see if they could replace it, and they gave me a difficult time and said no. So I took it other places and no one could figure out why the camera wouldn't turn on.
From the time that I had to play with it, it was a decent camera that was extremely easy to use. However, it sacrificed its quality, as many times I found it hard to adjust the speed properly, so I got a lot of blurry pictures. Granted that I had a large memory card, it would seem simple to say that I could just take the picture over and try again. But as anyone knows, there are some moments that just happen once and that you can never see again with the same effect.
After getting a new camera, I found that the lens on my new camera was much better and that the body was much more durable. So since my bad experience with Samsung, I do not recommend it to anyone.
