Boot 2007 :: Subtronic
Subtronic now with a new booth design, presents proudly two new strobes with Rollei and Hasselblad connectors. Both strobes are black now! Mr. Moll proudly told us that he sold four of them to professional production teams already. There is a new reflector in all subtronic strobes which increases the light power with an even more compact size.
Subtronic now offers an external battery pack with double power for all of you who
need more energy for their strobes. Last year Subtronic introduced the strobe arm
battery pack and this year they extended it. Now one strobe arm includes two battery packs
for a maximum of around 240 full strobe ignitions. The single battery pack strobe arm
has a maximum of around 120 full strobe ignitions.
Subtronic made a small but very helpful change on their strobe arm connectors, which have a spring inside to keep the both parts on the maximum distance. That lets you mount the arms very easily.
Für the coming year subtronic plans to make the strobes even more compact by separating the battery from the strobe unit. The customer voices seem to be heard. Most customers do not want to miss the very satisfyable strobe power, but had the burden of the heavy weight in their luagage while traveling. This could be over or at least make the situation better.
