Shark accident in the Bahamas
Two days ago, the 24th of February, the 50 year old diver Markus Groh was bitten in the leg by a shark in while scuba diving Bahamian waters. He was on a shark diving expedition aboard the M/V Shear Water. After an emergency call from the crew he was flown via Coast Guard helicopter to Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami for treatment, where he unfortunately passed away. That kind of an accident is extremely unfortunate and we'd like to express our condolences to the family of Markus Groh.
