Perhaps .. but in my opinion the only two which were any better got higher results .. so the voting worked well ... and it is a good image and IMO is worth at least 18 votes.

Sometimes i don´t undertand what the people votes ... pictures out of focus, blurred, burned ...

But normally, the crew of digideep make a good work and don´t select the picture with more votes
