I took the D-A housing to Belize last week for 17 dives.  The housing is rated to 99 feet, but I pushed it to 139 in the blue hole.  Overall the housing worked quite well for the camera, no leaks!

A couple of considerations for other buyers.  The camera pop-up flash will not function underwater because of the placement of the flash along the barrel of the housing.  There might be a workaround for this-- like popping the flash before it goes into the baggie, and securing the falsh in an up position with gum or something to block the tendency of the flash to collapse back into the unit.

I bought an additional Sony Flash to resolve the issue, but the flash really didn’t fit into the housing, so I didn’t move forward with that idea either.

Still, overall a very nice experience.  Digital cameras underwater are soooo much easier than traditional.  Its the best!

Hello, sorry to bother you with this, but I saw that you are using an Ewa marine bag, are you still happy? Did you never experienced steam; mist; moisture problems?

Is there a danger for the built in flash? pression?

Thank you for your help
