I found the wreck of a WWII aircraft at the bottom of a lake in Ireland and now ITV want to do a documentary about the aircraft and asked me to do all the underwater footage which I’m really going to enjoy.

I also got on the BBC at http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/cumbria/6210070.stm when I found an untouched wreck at the bottom of Ullswater.  Here is the video that I took of it and that got on ITV Wales which is where I live.

It was really tricky to film as any contact with the bottom or the wreck would just kick up clouds of silt and vis it out but I managed to get about 45 mins of footage and edited together this little vid.  Hope you like it.

The Ullswater video is very scarey.  Only if you’re a warm water softie that is :D :D

I understand that the film company plan to release the documentary on DVD so it should be available on the web.

Hey Steve,

kudos from my site, too! I am afraid I have to go along with Lars
and admit that we are mutating into warm-water-wuzzies wink

I guess it was just too much diving in Curacao wink
