does anyone have experience with contacting Ikelite?

I sent them a few emails, but I’m not getting any replies back.

Their reputation for contacting is pretty good, especially when you have a problem that needs fixing.
Try calling .. although emailing usually works from what I have heard .. where are you located ?

I just got replied from a mail I sent a couple of weeks ago… But thanks anyway for the reply..
