Negril has some good things. Went in mid-July. Saw the main dive sites there - Deep Plane, Shallow Plane, Arches, Throne Room. As for life, saw a few puffer fish, a 6’ gray nurse shark, a turtle and a ray… the ray was a bit far, so could not get a good eye on it.
