Does anyone know of a company that makes a housing for a 5D that can fit the either the 24-70 f2.8L IS or the 70-200 f2.8L IS? I need to photograph some kite surfers from the water so would like the zoom available.

I have done some kite surfing stuff ... and you should be fine with the 24-70 .. but if you want to get the 200mm in something you want to look at EWA marine something like this I am not sure how much lense these things take . but i know they extend a bit.
