I would like to get my dad a Sony spk-hcc marine pack for his camcorder for Christmas. He currently puts his camcorder in a plastic ziplock bag when he is around water! What I would like to know is when the camcorder is in this pack, can you view the LCD screen to see what you’re videoing? I have not been able to find this product in a store so will need to order it online but would like this information first. He most likely would not even submerge it, but will use it to video at the beach, pool, in inclement weather, etc. If he can’t see on the camera what he is videoing, I don’t think he would use it.
