I have a Nikon D80 and I look the Patima Housing.
They look good, have 2 connectores, good handling, and glass dome and ports.
Is there someone with experience with this housing?
Where can I find this housing in europe (via net?)

best regards
Jorge

Hi Jorge,

i have seen and touched Patima housings (cant remember if it was for the D80 though) – it felt quite good.

But still: I would also keep in mind, that it is a big advantage to choose a manufacturer, where servicing is easy >> as you can see, it is not so easy to get these housings here in Europe ... so it will probably be a mess when you have issues with the housing.
Manufacturers like Sealux, UK germany, Hugyfot, Sea&Sea;or Aquatica are also made of Aluminium and better distributed in Europe. Nexus also makes a nice housing for the D80 ... but is hard to get in Europe. depends where you are located.

Here you find an overview for the housings available: http://www.digideep.com/deutsch/digital/foto/kamera/Nikon/D80/25/2567/

greets, serge
