Greetings,

Does anyone know of an underwater housing for the new Casio EX-S1?

This is a very compact camera with a very fast lens which should make it
nice for underwater photography.

Its small size will make it convenient for toting along as a stand piece of
your underwater gear when you might not normally bring a camera.

Its the size of a credit card and less then 1/2 inch thick!

The press release for it is here:

http://www.casio.com/corporate/pressroom.cfm?act=2&pr=5530

Looks like they’ll sell for less then $400....

UK-Germany once did a custom housing for the CASIO QV 3000/3500 EX/ir. Most manufacturers will do a custom production as long as money is not a problem for you. If the depth issue is not a major feature you might find a cheap solution with an ewa-marine bag or aquapac. But beware: ewa-marine is rated to 15 meters and aquapac only to 5 meters. Therefore the aquapac is cheaper…

Not much, but better than nothing… rolleyes Andi
