Beautiful picture :D

I’ve seen in the settings of your picture, that the picture is made in “Super-Macro-Mode” and in the informations you’ve chosen “internal flash”. Could you please tell me how to do that. If I want to make a picture in “Super-Macro-Mode” with my Olympus C-5050 there is no possibility to use the internal flash, because it’s deactivated in “Super-Macro-Mode”. Maybe you can help me :?:

HJM,

You have to set your internal strobe to slave in order to activate it in supermacro.  To do so you must be in Manual mode.

Once in Manual go to the menu, mode menu, camera, scroll down to flash, then down to slave.  Once there it will give you a choice of intensity for the flash. I always set to highest intensity or intensity 10.  For closer subjects I increase the f-stop to 7 or 8 and for subjects farther away I reduce the aperture to f2-4.

I hope that helps.

Nick
