It was banned,…

I just saw it today after you voiced up.
Lars and I were discussing this, but you
cannot see from the picture if the puffer
was stressed by a diver or not.

If there would have been a grouper with
the puffer stuck in his mouth it would
have been different.

However the upload rules for the contest
are quite explicit, even if the picture looked
great from a photographic point of view.
