Is this a Sturgeon?  How big was it?  This must have been an awesome sighting if indeed a sturgeon!!  Please tell me all about it.

yes its a sturgeon. its in the underwater park in Ibbenbüren, where a digideep meeting

@stonecrab hi!! Lars wrote you where the Place is and the size I think is 1.5 to 2m
but i think (sorry for my bad Engilsh ) on my Homepage are more info about the Place there are about 20 of this fish i think . this Place was build for diving , in Germany we have not so good Places for diving

That is amazing!  I would like to dive there just to be able to see a sturgeon.  They look very prehistoric, like a dinosaur.  Very interesting… And very large!!

The were very nice! I spent some time on the bottom
next to a group of eight sturgeons that rested in the
sand. Truly a prehistoric and very curious fish
