Hi,

at the end of the month (May 2007, that is) I will be visiting
Curacao in the Carribean for scuba diving and doing u/w-video
and photo. Do our users know anything special there, which
is a must have to do - dive and land-based activity wise?

Thanks in advance fellows! Andi

Andi

Wish I knew you would be in my part of the world, would have flown down to hang out, maybe still..hmmmm.

Have not gotten down there yet, but have been planning for awhile, it looks like I will go in September for coral spawning.

Based on what I have researched (my wife actually has done the bulk of the research, she is very good at picking good spots) and my buddies who have gone there often Curacao has alot of good shore diving.

The house reef at Habitat Curacaot is suppossed to be very good (just grab a tank and go) http://www.habitatcuracaoresort.com/

There is also the dive bus http://www.the-dive-bus.com/

I know there are some other things of interest, here is a goood list to start with http://www.curacao-travelguide.com/sights/

I am going to ask to find out what I have missed mentioning and which sites others havee mentioned http://www.mina.vomil.an/Eilandinfo/Curacao-dive.html
