Dear DIGIDEEP-Members,

the Photokina IFA Expo 2007 is ahead and many of you are eagerly waiting to see new products
from the camera industry announced. A few minutes ago we have received very interesting
news about two new camera models that Canon might introduce soon:

Canon EOS 40D 10.1MP Digital SLR Camera

Canon EOS 1Ds Mark III 21.1MP Digital SLR Camera

More details can be found in this new item
Canon 40D and EOS 1Ds Mark III on the Internet.
We would be pleased if you chime in for an interesting discussion and to collect some more details
on this still speculative information. Personally, I think that we will soon find out that this rumor
becomes truth and an official announcement will follow soon.

I am looking forward to read your thoughts, here!

Truth indeed.
I just received my Canon catalog, and the Mark III is listed there, with all specs.  The 40D isn’t, but I’m guessing it wasn’t ready when it went into print…  But it is announced on the Canon website Drew Wohl linked.

Okay Guys,... as it is real - let’s discuss the product now and if
the changes are worth buying or upgrading. What do you think?
