Hi all .  Just got a new camcorder Sony DCR-SR52E,i am going to purchase a housing for it,but i was not sure if any correction filters were needed.
I will only be using the camcorder for snorkeling max depth 5m.
Went on holiday to Egypt 2 years ago and loved it so much, spent more time in the water than in the sun, used my Fuji f30 for still and small videos, but they were limited, but i had some good results,so i would appreciate all the help i can get, wish i was 30 years younger, when i see some of the photography on this site.

If you stay more shallow than 3 metres a color correction filter should not be needed.
Just for snorkeling sony offers a sports marine pack for their cameras.
