Hello,

I am looking for a freeware computer program for video editing (comparable to adode premiere). My computer works with Windows Xp.
Can anyone advise me on a good and easy tool? Thank you!

You should have a look at Canopus Edius Neo.
I am very pleased with that software and the HD editing.

Checkout http://www.softpedia.com for some freeware video editing programs. 
There is a rating system on the site, so you can get a better idea of how good the programs are before you download them.

Personally, I use VegasVideo which is not freeware grin

Windows Movie Maker

Accepted formats：
.WMV.ASF, .MPG (MPEG-1), .AVI (DV-AVI), .WMA, .WAV, and .MP3. Windows Vista Home Premium and Ultimate editions support importing MPEG-2 Program streams and DVR-MS formats.

Hi, guys, I know a video editing software for youtube, that is Youtube Movie Maker, it’s good and easy to use for youtube, you can have a try, good luck.
